- Learning management tools for teachers and schools
Our Service is designed for students in Classes 1-8, their parents/guardians, teachers, and educational institutions in India.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
- Students under 18 years must have parental/guardian consent
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Subscriptions and Payments

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for operating and improving the Service.

- Specific educational outcomes or results
- Complete accuracy of all content
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINIGENIUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
